I've watched Pier Glass Aviation for almost as long as I've flown the aircraft in Flight Unlimited II and III; I remain impressed by the operation.
But then again, perhaps I haven't looked all that close, after all... :)
Is there room for another teller of tall tales involving flights virtual?

Always! :-D Any Flight Unlimited pilot is welcome in my hangar! Have a cup of coffee and fill out an application... I'm sure there's something on the board for you... :heheh:
Tall Tales??????????? Who the heck tells tall tales around here??
These all actually happened didn't they?

Tall? Tales?
You must mean short tails found on the rear end of walking BBQs. :charge:
We only tell the truth here - unregistered guest! (UR for short) After all, we have to be checked on by the FAA and *WE* never lie to them. :lightning
Application? Boss, what are you talking about? Hey UR can type - that means UR can sit and use at least one appendage. Sounds qualified to me. Shove UR into a 172 and point UR to Moskowitz. Must be some fertilizer needing to get there!!!

UR here.
How about some cute tails around the...well, I'll save that one.
Okay, application process (just getting back from two major computer overhauls, so I've been out of touch a few days.)
So, application process, shall I just answer the questions via email, or shall I use the pages contained herein?
My understanding is some email apps (like mine) don't play well with the webpages. Also, if I remember correctly, it appeared part of the application wanted me to give myself a pilot number, is that correct?

Edit for above:
The pilot profile asks for the number; I shall assume that is for filling out after the application is sent.
Apologies.

UR,
Go ahead and answer the questions by email and we will issue you a pilot number forthwith. I will then beat Mr Boss over the head until he actually updates the NAMES on the roster so that it reflects our current active membership.
Now hurry up so we can get you in the air. That 172 sitting on the tarmac is ready to go -- just sweep the cobwebs off, make sure there are no birds' nests in the cowling, and check the fuel sumps for water. I think that's the one that Baldrick left the caps off last time he topped the tanks.
Well? What are you waiting for? Just sign here on the dotted line...

Surely the first flight is the load of China to Gnoss? Unless The Boss has more important duties waiting? Besides rumour has it that a guy who looks like Chadza with a bad moustache, glasses and a nose that would make Beverly Hills plastic surgeons faint has all the manure hauling duties sewn up for the next few months.

Sorry I haven't been here in a while, works interferes with my social calendar!
Okay, let me figure out how the application process works, and I will be back!

Hey! Someone go blow the dust off of that old 172 out front and put a fresh wrap of duct tape on the right main gear!
